I'm Michael Nnaleche.
Founder of Nnaleche.com, AlphaMax Digital Services and KnoxxPay. Author of The Profit Leak. I find the leaks that cost online stores sales, then I fix them.
I run AlphaMax Digital Services, a UK eCommerce agency. We build and fix Shopify and WooCommerce stores, and help them get found in Google and in AI answers.
Most agencies start with "we build websites." I start with what is broken. I check stores one buying path at a time: add a product to the basket, go through to checkout, and read every promise on the way. Across more than 100 audits, the most common problem isn't speed or design. It's two pages on the same store contradicting each other right when the buyer is deciding.

Further down the stack, I founded KnoxxPay, where I am CEO, to build practical payment infrastructure for African commerce. I also run Trade Web Designers, which builds websites and lead systems for local trades, and I co-founded StemBoss Academy, which trains people for tech careers.
I write most days on LinkedIn and X. Every post also lands in Writing. My first book, The Profit Leak, turns those store checks into a step-by-step guide.
