Every product team has more ideas than time.

Adding a feature can feel like progress, but it also creates work: testing, support, maintenance, and more things users may need to understand. Meanwhile, the existing product still needs attention.

As a founder, I have to ask what problem deserves our time now. Is it frequent? Does it cause real frustration? Would solving it make a core task more dependable?

Sometimes the right decision is to build something new. Other times, it is to improve a flow that already exists.

The goal is not to keep the release notes full. It is to keep making the product more useful.
